At Pickmere (67Y SJ682768) Alan Redley found a single Migrant Hawker, whilst Dennis Swaby was at Maw Green (75D SJ713574) where there were plenty of Brown Hawker, Migrant Hawker and Common Darter.

Rostherne NNR (78L SJ752839) and found Black-tailed Skimmer still around along with lots of Migrant Hawker and a few Common Darter. I was at Waggonshaw Brow (97T SJ974764) where I saw a single male Common Hawker.

Andy Goodwin called at Warmingham Flash (76B SJ716632) where there was still a single male Small Red-eyed Damselfly with Southern Hawker and Brown Hawker. Moving on to Melchett Mere (78K SJ752809) there were Brown Hawker, Migrant Hawker, Common Darter, Ruddy Darter, Emerald Damselfly, Common Blue Damselfly, Red-eyed Damselfly and Blue-tailed Damselfly. meanwhile at Swettenham Meadows (86C SJ804675) Sheelagh Halsey saw Brown Hawker, Southern Hawker and Common Darter.

Meanwhile Sheelagh Halsey was at New Ferry Butterfly Park (38L SJ333851) and saw Emperor Dragonfly, Common Darter, Common Blue Damselfly and Blue-tailed Damselfly. Small Red-eyed Damselfly are still to be seen at Warmingham Flash (76B SJ716632) reports Brian Baird. Dennis Swaby visited Sandbach Flashes (75J SJ728595) and found Banded Demoiselle, Brown Hawker and Common Darter.

Over at Newchurch Common (66E SJ605688) there were six species flying when Paul Brewster was there. These were Brown Hawker, Migrant Hawker, Black-tailed Skimmer, Common Darter, Red-eyed Damselfly and Common Blue Damselfly.
