At Jackson's Brickworks, Higher Poynton (98M SJ947844) Peter Dowse noticed Emerald Damselfly flying today.

At Woolston Eyes (68N SJ651879) today Trisha Thompson found Migrant Hawker, a pair of Southern Hawker, several Ruddy Darter and lots of Common Blue Damselfly.

Bob Bradshaw observed the demise of a female Southern Hawker at Stapeley Water Gardens (65Q SJ666513) after it attempted to oviposit too close to the Moorhens.

From Stapeley Water Gardens (65Q SJ666513) Bob Bradshaw reports just Common Darter and Blue-tailed Damselfly seen flying.

Trisha Thompson found the exuvia of a Common Hawker at Lindow Common (88F SJ833811) whilst a pair of Emperor Dragonfly were also ovipositing on the site.

Peter Dowse reports a male Black-tailed Skimmer on the Middlewood Way near Poynton Coppice(98LSJ942826).

Neil Friswell reports Migrant Hawker at Inner Marsh Farm (37B SJ308734) where he also saw Brown Hawker, Southern Hawker, Common Darter, one Emperor Dragonfly and a few Azure Damselfly and Blue-tailed Damselfly.

At Woolston Eyes (68N SJ651879) Trisha Thompson found two male Southern Hawker, a single Four-spotted Chaser, Migrant Hawker, and Black-tailed Skimmer with at least ten Brown Hawker and three Red-eyed Damselfly.

Once again at Anderton Nature Park (67M SJ651751) Pete Leicester found two Broad-bodied Chaser and a single male Emperor Dragonfly.

At Anderton Nature Park (67M SJ651751) Pete Leicester spotted Brown Hawker, Southern Hawker, Common Darter, Ruddy Darter, and a single male Broad-bodied Chaser. There were also plenty of Red-eyed Damselfly along with Common Blue Damselfly and Azure Damselfly.

Trisha Thompson was at Wilkins Lane, Styal (88H SJ831843) and found a female Common Hawker ovipositing and also saw Migrant Hawker, Brown Hawker, Common Darter, Emerald Damselfly, Common Blue Damselfly and Azure Damselfly.

At Dunham Massey Park (78I SJ736869) Michael Tilling spotted a male Banded Demoiselle close to the Bollin.

Mat Bingham visited Anderton Nature Park (67M SJ651751) today and found a couple of Brown Hawker, a single Southern Hawker, and a few Blue-tailed Damselfly.
