| After leaving the shed we moved to the road bridge over the railway at the eastern end of the station where the traffic was steady but slow.. |

| The photographers attracted plenty of interest from the road traffic. |

| Below the bridge JS No.5741 was shunting. |

| QJ No.2885 arrived from Manzhouli with a freight. At this point we were treated to the sound of someone singing very loudly and very badly through the yard loudspeakers. |

| QJ No.2758 replaced and awaits departure whilst shunting continues in
the adjacent sidings and an industrial branch which wandered off into
an area of factories on the left. |
