| An eighteenth century flare kiln with a single draw hole leading from the bowl. The wall at the bowl end of teh draw tunnel has been modified with two draughting tunnels in brick with curved iron top arch plates. This kiln along with three others in this old quarry have been disused since at least the late nineteenth century. | |
