VHS FILM OR DVD

These bird-watching films are intended to give a picture of our self-organised foreign birding trips of two-four weeks duration. They also provide a memory for those who have previously enjoyed birding in these countries.

A representative selection of birds is shown, including some rarities and endemics, but not at the expense of commoner species. Indeed most birds and other wildlife are filmed as encountered in the field without the use of hides. All species are titled. The image size is large, sharp and stable through the use of a Canon fluorite lens. Species are shown relative to key birding sites in different habitat types, all of which are also named. Accommodation used on the trips is shown where relevant and a balance is achieved with some film of local culture.
